Targeting the wrong muscles
Targeting the wrong muscle(s) can make things worse. As was the case for a former client of mine. Katrina contacted me for some advice after she found some exercises online for alleviating sciatic pain. But the exercises (both stretching and strengthening) were making the pain worse.
