How do I log in to access my fitness course, virtual training (a.k.a. one-on-one on-line live fitness training sessions or group on-line live fitness training sessions), or other digital services or digital content?

Once logged in, you can access your e-Courses, live fitness training sessions, etc. via the members’ area at: https://www.adamstrockfitness.com/members/

How do I change my email notification settings?

Visit the “My Account” page to change and update your email notification settings.

You can access the “My Account” page my clicking on the “My Account” link while logged in to the “Members'” page or by visiting: https://www.adamstrockfitness.com/my-account/

How do edit or manage account details such as password, email address, etc.?

While logged in visit: https://www.adamstrockfitness.com/my-account/edit-account/

MEMBERS’ PAGE (MAIN DASHBOARD/POINTS STREAM PAGE)

The “Points Stream” window is not loading, or an error message is displayed in the window, while the rest (or most) of the Member’s page is loading properly.

First try logging in again at: https://www.adamstrockfitness.com/login.php

If logging in again does not fix the issue than clear your browsers cache. Then try logging in again after the browser has finished clearing the cache.
